Job Description:
You will join a world-class team at the intersection of biotech and sustainability, working directly with the VP of Operations to scale mission-critical functions. This role manages financial modeling, legal documentation, and business development workflows. You will lay the operational foundations required for rapid growth and market entry in a high-impact environment.

What you will do:

• Manage day-to-day business operations across finance, legal, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance workflows.

• Support financial modeling, cap table management via Carta, and the preparation of investor KPI reporting.

• Coordinate with external partners including lawyers and insurers while supporting business development and CRM pipelines.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 2–4 years of experience in operations, finance, or consulting within a fast-paced startup environment.

• Demonstrates strong analytical skills with high proficiency in financial modeling and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exhibits high emotional maturity and discretion when handling sensitive commercial, legal, and financial information.
