Job Summary
Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) is the distribution arm of the Kiva Confections brand. KSS provides sales and service support for not only the Kiva Confections brand but other high-quality cannabis brands in the California market as well. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality customer service to our retail customers in an environment that is fast-paced and rapidly growing. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for pulling inventory to fulfill account orders.

Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracyPrepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizingReceive and log incoming itemsUnload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase orderMaintain a clean and organized warehouseMaintain and operate a pallet jack and forkliftHelp coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC
What we're looking for...
High school diploma or equivalent experience is requiredPrevious order fulfillment experience is highly preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills are requiredAbility to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructionsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportionsForklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required (Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements in order to use forklift)
Work Environment
This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noisesBusiness work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of Noon to 8:30pmSome extended and weekend hours may be required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.Comfortable working in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels.May be asked operate standard warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack, forklift)
