OSHC Assistant Coordinator I Eight Mile Plains
Our Outside School Hours Care service, Eight Mile Plains State School Helping Hands, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 15 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. You'll work Monday to Friday in split shifts across our programs:
☀️ Rise then Shine Program – Morning shifts (6:30am – 8:30am)
🎒 Stay and Play Program – Afternoon shifts (2:40pm – 6:00pm)
🏖️ Holiday HQ Program – Extra hours available during school holidays (6:30am – 6:00pm)
About the role

- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Qualifications
✔️ Hold or working towards a relevant Diploma-level (or higher) qualification for working with children as per ACECQA
