OSHC Coordinator | Glen Huon
Our Outside School Hours Care service, Glen Huon OSHClub , is looking for a passionate Coordinator to manage the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 34 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You'll work split shifts, supporting our Monday-Friday hours: 6:30am-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00pm-6:00pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays!

- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Qualifications
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
✔️ Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
✔️ Communicates clearly and confidently
✔️ Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
✔️ Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
✔️ Has Australian work rights
✔️ Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
