Role Summary: As a Paramedic, you will provide advanced pre-hospital care in field settings, managing both routine and critical emergencies. You will assess patient conditions, perform life-saving interventions, administer medications, and stabilize patients for transport when necessary. You will act as a clinical leader on-site, coordinating with EMRs, AMFRs, and other medical personnel to ensure seamless patient care. Accurate record-keeping, effective communication with hospitals and emergency services, and adherence to medical protocols are essential. Responsibilities:
Respond to emergencies and provide advanced medical care.
Assess, treat, and stabilize patients in the field.
Coordinate patient transfer with local hospitals when needed.
Maintain accurate patient care records.

Qualifications:
Valid Paramedic license in Ontario.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Experience in emergency or field medical services preferred.
