Partnerships & Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Partnerships & Marketing Specialist to help drive growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives. This role will support the identification, development, and execution of partnerships while collaborating closely with the corporate marketing and commercial teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong execution mindset and a collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of strategic partnerships with key players in target industries.
Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with partners, including content, events, and joint campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align partnerships with commercial and growth objectives.
Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and activations - own and with partners.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring smooth execution and brand consistency.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships and marketing initiatives to support data-driven decisions.
Support budget tracking related to partnerships and marketing activities.
Ideal experience
2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or a related role.
Experience supporting content development, campaigns, and/or events.
Hands-on profile, comfortable executing and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exposure to budget management and vendor coordination is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with regional/corporate teams.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and interest in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology.
Experience in payments or fintechs will be considered a plus.
