Identify, approach, and acquire strategic merchants in line with the company’s acquisition strategy
Deliver on monthly acquisition targets through effective sourcing, follow-ups, and deal closure
Manage and grow an assigned merchant portfolio to drive sales and improve overall performance
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and activation of merchants
Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to support retention, resolve issues, and unlock growth opportunities
Monitor merchant performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and provide regular updates on acquisition progress, sales performance, and market insights
