We are seeking a high-energy, agile Australia-based Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital acquisition efforts across the US and Australia. This is a pivotal role for a rising star who thrives in high-growth scale-up environments. You are a "digital native" who views marketing as a technical challenge to be solved through data, AI, and constant iteration.

Your primary mandate is to engineer a scalable inbound lead engine. While our Demand Generation team focuses on integrated campaign strategy and field events, you will own the technical traffic levers. You are obsessed with lead sources and attribution, ensuring that every dollar spent on digital acquisition is optimised for the highest possible ROI.
