We’re looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead and scale our global PMM function. This role is responsible for defining go-to-market strategy, driving revenue from new products, and positioning Deputy as the category-defining AI-first platform for hourly work.

You’ll lead a team of PMMs across product lines and regions, and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our offerings are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and commercially successful.
