Performance Management & Rewards Sr. Specialist
- Develop and implement performance, compensation, benefits, and job replacement programs aligned with Bank objectives.
- Regularly review and enhance HR policies to improve employee experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of all HR programs across the Bank, subsidiaries, and branches.
- Ensure fair and competitive salaries, incentives, and rewards; conduct market benchmarking.
- Manage employee incentives and benefits, proposing adjustments to maintain equity and competitiveness.
- Conduct salary surveys, pay equity analyses, and recommend adjustments to retain talent.
- Oversee job descriptions, performance management, and employee development plans.
- Support talent management, career path development, and succession planning.
- Resolve employee performance obstacles in coordination with managers and relevant units.
- Participate in business continuity and emergency response plans to ensure operational resilience.
Requirements
- University degree in Administrative Sciences, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a similar role.
- Preferably holds a professional HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems and procedures, including performance evaluation, job replacement, benefits, and compensation.
- Familiarity with Jordanian Labor Law and its applications.
- Good understanding of work regulations and their updates (internal and external).
- Proficient in computer use and various applied systems.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
