The Permits, Licenses, Authorizations and Agreements (PLAA) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the full permitting process, including maintaining the project’s permit matrix and database, coordinating with clients, governmental authorities, and other stakeholders, and preparing for or leading related meetings.
The role involves coordination with internal construction & design teams, reviewing, preparing and submitting permit applications, dispositioning any review comments, , and communicating application status internally and externally. The coordinator ensures all permits are obtained efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The coordinator will also be involved in gathering documentation, maintaining our database and making close-out submissions.
