Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about cybersecurity solutions, service offerings, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Assist customers with issues related to account management, product functionalities, and troubleshooting security concerns.
• Provide clear information on cybersecurity best practices and company policies.
• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to address customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
