Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to FinTech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
• Assist clients with account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
• Provide support and information on various financial solutions, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to track customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide effective assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the FinTech or financial industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easily understandable manner.
