Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Driving is required less than 25%; the client will provide the vehicle
Qualifications
- Operate digital and color production equipment
- Deliver contracted customer requirements with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform routine and defined production tasks and activities
- Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Act as the point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs
- Operate finishing equipment such as paper cutters, inserters, laminators, and hole punchers
- Operate office and production equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners
- Apply asset tags to office equipment and update tracking databases
- Track and coordinate the movement, addition, or changes of office equipment assets
- Clean and maintain office equipment as required
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes and maintain logs for billing purposes
- Process basic forms and update information using a computer system
- Collect and submit meter readings for equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to meet production and delivery requirements
- Perform quality inspections before, during, and after each production run
- Sort and scan hardcopy materials into digital formats (training provided as needed)
- Respond to print/copy equipment issues by contacting service personnel using system applications
- Operate high-volume printers and copiers efficiently
- Estimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobs
- Optimize document design for print quality and reproduction
- Store and manage jobs for future reuse, including file backups
- Inspect files for issues such as fonts, image resolution, and alignment
- Index electronic files to media (CD-ROM, disk, or tape) for distribution
- Integrate variable data into print templates as required
- Operate high-volume folding and inserting mail equipment
- Perform file and document conversions using standard software
- Conduct routine operator maintenance on equipment
- Maintain logs and reports for tracking and billing purposes
- Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on equipment usage
- Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Client or third-party providers) for supplies and services
- Assist in developing work processes or templates when required
