Performs a wide range of printing support services that includes print software administration & hardware set up and configuration using Web Jet Admin, Web Jet Mobile & Embedded Web Server (EWS)
• Printer hardware configuration, printer hardware assessment, print implementation and deployment activities.
• Collaborates with customer IT department as needed
• Administration of Web Jet Admin & Web Jet Mobile
• Interacts with customer service request system software 'Service Now’ to address end user needs.
• Monitor multiple devices at the client site(s). Responsible for connectivity, functionality, supplies and comprehensive service of all devices.
• Configure all devices to client’s environment to include security, Email/Scan/Fax and firmware upgrades as well as Web Jet and SM9 upgrades.
• Generate all reports on the status of devices to the client by assembling data from Web Jet, SM9, HP Portal This may include incorporating data in Excel.
• Ticketing - Handle all tickets generated by user via an SM system (Service manager) .
• Training – May be responsible for training less experienced staff on device maintenance, connectivity and functionality
• Communicate with End Users as well as interact with local IT staff to properly service the devices and keep all stakeholders apprised.
• A+ Certification or equivalent (copy required for interview)
• Break/Fix Experience
• Valid Driver's license
• Previous Fleet Management/Printer Management Experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Quick learner
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be in a mobile activity more than 50% of the time/ walking, standing, stooping, kneeling
