Gecko Robotics is helping the world’s most important organizations ensure the availability, reliability, and sustainability of critical infrastructure. Gecko's complete and connected solutions combine wall-climbing robots, industry-leading sensors, and an AI-powered data platform to provide customers with a unique window into the current and future health of their physical assets. This enables real-time decision making to increase the efficiency and safety of operations, promote mission readiness, and protect the environment and civilization from the effects of infrastructure failure.
We are hiring a high-agency Product and Field Marketer to build and own Gecko’s product and field marketing and functions. This includes our robotic capabilities and Cantilever, the operating platform for the built world.
This is not a support role and you will directly impact revenue, product strategy and brand. You will define how we position our AI and robotic capabilities across industries, turn deep technical capability into sharp and defensible narratives, design and execute how Gecko shows up at events and materially improve pipeline generation.
You will deploy Agentic tools to improve your outcome pace and quality to cover more surface area and objectives while ensuring a cohesive vision as a result.
You are accountable for measurable outcomes — not activity.
As the Product and Field Marketer, you will:
Product:
Own and define Gecko’s positioning across industries, ensuring our products are clearly differentiated and commercially compelling
Develop and continuously refine messaging frameworks that translate deep technical capabilities into sharp, defensible market narratives grounded in customer outcomes
Be a results driven and tracked partner to Business Development to improve top-of-funnel conversion and close rates. This will be done by equipping GTM with stronger strategy, objection handling, and high-impact materials as examples
Continuously improve Gecko’s online presence including website, social, SEO, etc as a revenue-driving asset, optimizing impact, leverage and relevance for all mission arcs at Gecko
Events:
Own and execute Gecko’s global events strategy, aligning conference participation and sponsorship investments with priority markets and revenue objectives
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of domestic and international industry events, ensuring strong brand presence and measurable pipeline impact
Define and track event ROI, continuously optimizing Gecko’s event portfolio based on strategic value and commercial outcomes
High-agency operator who takes ownership without waiting for permission
Strategic thinker who can operate at the narrative level and execute at the asset level
Obsessed with clarity, positioning, and competitive differentiation
Deeply analytical — you measure success in pipeline, revenue, and talent density
Comfortable working directly with executives, engineers, and customers
Strong technical curiosity; you can understand complex robotics and AI systems and distill them into compelling stories
AI native. You understand and are using agentic tools constantly to improve quality, speed and consistency of work vision.
Biased toward action and iteration over perfection
Mission-oriented — you want your work to matter at a civilizational scale
Required Skills
4+ years in product marketing, strategy, or GTM roles in B2B tech (deep tech, robotics, AI, industrial, or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred)
Operate independently in a fast-moving environment with clarity and vision that is only possible through effort and understanding
