We do this by bringing immersive, shoppable video experiences directly into brands’ e-commerce platforms, helping brands boost engagement, increase conversion and deepen loyalty with their customers.
You’re a mid- to senior product designer with a strong visual eye and sharp intuition.
In this role, you’ll design high-quality, front-end-friendly UI/UX across our video commerce platform – but your impact goes beyond execution. You’ll work across flows, systems, and end-to-end experiences, shaping how our product drives engagement, conversion, and growth for our customers.
You have a strong feel for what makes an experience “click”, and you use that instinct to make confident design decisions – even in ambiguous or fast-moving situations.
You’ll be working in a SaaS context with global e-commerce brands, staying close to online shopping trends and translating them into product experiences that feel relevant, intuitive, and effective.
We work in small, cross-functional pods focused on solving high-impact product bets.
Each pod is made up of product, engineering, design, and data, and is given ownership of a strategic problem/opportunity area. Together, the team defines what to solve, explores different approaches, and decides what to build.
This means you won’t just execute on predefined requirements. You’ll be expected to contribute to problem framing, challenge assumptions, and help shape the direction of the product. Design plays a key role in that process.
As a designer, you’ll be embedded in a pod but may move between teams depending on priorities and where your impact is most needed.
The design team is currently small, so you'll have the opportunity to directly influence both the product and how we work with design across the organisation.
You’ll report to the VP of Product & Innovation and work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership across the company.
Design high-quality UI/UX for features across our video commerce platform
Shape how brands set up and launch live and on-demand shopping experiences, making complex workflows feel simple and intuitive
Design flows and interactions that drive engagement and conversion
Work within and evolve our design system to support consistency and scale
Turn product ideas and user needs into clear wireframes and polished, developer-ready designs
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data in a pod, contributing to both what we build and how we build it
5+ years of experience in product, UI, or UX design
Strong visual skills – layout, typography, hierarchy, and attention to detail
Experience working with and contributing to design systems
Solid UX judgment: you can structure flows, simplify complexity, and make things intuitive
Experience working closely with product and engineering in a collaborative setup
Able to take feedback, iterate quickly, and make thoughtful trade-offs
You collaborate easily across product, engineering, marketing, and leadership – aligning different perspectives while keeping focus on the outcome
You bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces and turn them into clear, well-executed product experiences
You understand how to balance design systems, front-end constraints, and usability to make complex things feel simple
You’ve worked in SaaS, e-commerce, or product-led environments, and understand how design impacts conversion, retention, and overall product value
You take ownership of your work and follow it through to outcomes
You contribute to the team beyond your own work: sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and helping raise the overall quality of the product
You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of craft
