At the core of this role is writing – clear, engaging, and effective communication. We'll need you to support us on Bambuser’s external communications, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and content execution and to plan and deliver high-quality events that support our commercial and brand goals.
This role is highly operational and hands-on. You will be responsible for managing Bambuser’s LinkedIn presence end-to-end: planning, writing, publishing, and tracking performance.
In addition, you will coordinate and execute events end-to-end and ensure clear, professional communication around them, both internally and externally.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, and interact with partners, customers, and vendors globally.
Write, edit, and publish content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and communications related to events, launches, and company updates
Manage Bambuser’s LinkedIn presence end-to-end, including planning, publishing, and performance tracking
Execute a clear publishing schedule across LinkedIn and newsletters
Ensure clarity, consistency, and high quality in tone of voice and copy across content streams and brand assets
Coordinate input and approvals from internal stakeholders to deliver content on time
Plan and coordinate community events of varying sizes and formats
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, vendors, venues, speakers, materials, guest lists, and on-site coordination
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Coordinate and book travel arrangements for participants
Coordinate materials and information needed for events that support commercial goals
Prepare and coordinate packaging and shipment of customer-facing materials and gifts
You have strong writing skills and a natural feel for good copy. You may have experience with copywriting, and/or you have great intuition for tone, clarity, and messaging.
You are fully fluent in professional English (native level) with strong editing and proofreading skills.
You have a good instinct for social media and digital communication. You understand what works and how to adapt tone to different audiences.
You are highly organized and detail-oriented. You can manage multiple timelines, people, and moving pieces.
You’re comfortable coordinating events and handling practical tasks when needed – from working with suppliers to booking travel or managing logistics.
You are proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
You are comfortable working in a global environment across time zones.
