Responsibilities
· Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Organize team-building events, workshops, and activities to foster a positive inclusive workplace.
· Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being.
· Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
· Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires quickly integrate into company culture.
· Work closely with department heads to create role-specific onboarding plans.
· Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage onboarding
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
· Proven experience (3-5 years) in recruiting, employee relations, human resources, or related field
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Proficient in relevant recruiting software’s and tools
· Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in recruiting channels
· Proficiency in ATS systems and recruiting tools
Strong networking skills and familiarity with various recruitment methods
