Senior Talent Associate

We are seeking a Senior Talent Associate to report to the Head of Talent and support daily HR activities including new hire onboarding, benefit administration and payroll.

What you’ll do

·       Assist in new hire onboarding collecting paperwork, coordinating training, introductions and other activities as necessary

·       Process bimonthly payroll for staff of 200+

·       Support annual enrollment process, answer and field employee benefit inquiries, and research new benefit options

·       Support the biannual performance and compensation review process by maintaining records, tracking compliance/completion and preparing paperwork.

Requirements

Your experience

As a qualified candidate, you have experience in all areas below:

• 3-5 years of payroll or HRIS experience

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Demonstrated interest in talent systems and philosophies

As an exceptional candidate, you possess many of the following attributes:

·       An outgoing, customer-oriented, solutions-centered demeanor

• Great organizational and record-keeping skills
• Experience with payroll software and knowledge of common pay and FLSA practices

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - 83,000
