We are seeking a Senior Talent Associate to report to the Head of Talent and support daily HR activities including new hire onboarding, benefit administration and payroll.

· Assist in new hire onboarding collecting paperwork, coordinating training, introductions and other activities as necessary
· Process bimonthly payroll for staff of 200+
· Support annual enrollment process, answer and field employee benefit inquiries, and research new benefit options
· Support the biannual performance and compensation review process by maintaining records, tracking compliance/completion and preparing paperwork.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - 83,000
