We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our small but growing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in creating a seamless candidate experience—from scheduling interviews to supporting onboarding and helping streamline our recruiting operations. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure every hire reflects our company values and high bar for talent.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling for candidate interviews across time zones, departments, and seniority levels.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and an excellent experience throughout the process.
Own and maintain accuracy in our ATS (Ashby) — tracking candidates, updating job postings, and generating recruiting reports.
Support background check initiation.
Help optimize recruiting operations by improving workflows, documentation, and templates.
Partner to support onboarding logistics for new hires.
Assist in recruiting projects such as employer branding, career page updates, and event coordination.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordination role (startup experience a big plus).
Excellent communication, speed, organization, and multitasking skills.
Comfort working in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift quickly.
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Ashby.
A candidate-first attitude and strong attention to detail.
