We’re looking for a PeopleOps Coordinator to join the People + Talent team here at Stellic. This role is a mix of recruiting coordination, people operations and office support, helping ensure our team and candidates have a smooth, thoughtful experience. As our PeopleOps Coordinator, you’ll support our team at our San Mateo HQ while also working with candidates and employees around the world.
We’re building a future where every student can move through their education with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Our platform transforms the student experience, giving them the tools they need to make the right decisions about their degree plans, track their journey, and build an education and career path that’s truly their own.
Stellic is a fast-growing startup backed by leading social impact investors, partnering with top institutions like Cornell, Columbia, University of Virginia, and the Ohio State to support over 1 million students across 7 countries. As we scale to serve more universities worldwide, we remain deeply committed to this mission, driven by our values, and committed to building a high-performance team that’s here to make a lasting difference on both students’ lives and higher education.
You’re early in your career and excited to build experience across People Operations and Recruiting. You’re organized, reliable and take pride in making sure details are handled and deadlines are met. No job is too big or too small for you!
You approach your work with empathy and care, and you enjoy being a helpful resource for others. You value strong team culture and naturally help reinforce the values of the organizations you’re part of.
Office Support: We recently moved into our new HQ, and you’ll help make it a welcoming and well-organized space for our team. From setting up desks for new hires to keeping shared spaces stocked and running smoothly, you’ll help create an environment where people can do their best work.
Recruiting Coordination: A great candidate experience matters to us. You’ll help coordinate interviews (both virtual and in-person), communicate with candidates and support our Talent team with scheduling and ATS organization so the hiring process runs smoothly.
New Hire Onboarding: You’ll help welcome new team members by coordinating onboarding communications and ensuring new hires have everything they need - from tools and access to a clear understanding of how things work at Stellic. Over time, you’ll help us continue improving the onboarding experience.
You’ll also support a range of projects throughout the year, giving you exposure to different parts of People Operations and helping the team continuously improve how we support Stellic employees.
