Job Description:
As the Recruiting Manager, you will spearhead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for a rapidly scaling global technology platform. You will partner closely with leadership to identify talent gaps, streamline interview processes, and build a diverse pipeline of high-caliber candidates. This role is pivotal in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our aggressive growth targets.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and leverage data to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire.

  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment within a high-growth tech environment or startup setting.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships with candidates.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on sourcing with high-level talent planning and process optimization.
