Recruitment Consultant

Rgheeb is actively seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic HR team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding candidates through the recruitment process and collaborating closely with department heads to fulfill staffing needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job postings to offer negotiations.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs and provide expert advice on hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends to enhance hiring strategies.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote Rgheeb as an employer of choice.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting to analyze the effectiveness of hiring practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing tools and techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
