Key Responsibilities• Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).• Develop custom Python scripts to handle automation tasks such as data processing, file handling, and API integrations.• Integrate Power Automate flows with business applications (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics, etc.).• Enhance automation with AI/ML models (e.g., document extraction, sentiment analysis, chatbot integrations).• Debug, test, and maintain automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into automated workflows.• Prepare documentation for flows, scripts, and integration processes.• (Optional/.NET Add-on) Build and support backend services or APIs in .NET (C#) for advanced automation scenarios.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.• Experience: 1 year of professional experience in automation or related roles.• Core Skills:• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud & desktop).• Strong Python scripting skills for automation and API integration.• Knowledge of REST APIs and connecting different systems.
