Job Description
- Provides L1/L2 IT onsite support for business location
- Must have exposure in Cloud based voice Technology (Genesys Pure Cloud, AWS etc), Avaya, Recording Platforms - Nice, Verint etc.
- Trace and solve for any report issue.
- Cooperate with vendors and to respond for any IT daily operation
- Ensure the compliance for any IT policy/requirement.
- Successfully handle those non-routine issues, escalates to management on a timely manner
- Requires supervision to manage daily activities and is able to meet published deadlines for activities
- Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets and adheres to SLA
- Graduate in any stream, B.E/B.Tech, etc.
- 3 - 5 years of IT work experience - Good understanding/practice of MS OS, Office, outlook mail, VMware, Citrix etc.
- IT basic knowledge on network, IP telephony, server, Recordingsetc. - Written and spoken ability to communicate in English.
