Registered Nurse

SearchPlus HR is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this important role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for patient recovery. Your compassion and expertise are essential in assessing patient needs, formulating care plans, and implementing effective treatment strategies.

You will play a key role in monitoring patient health, administering medications, and providing education to patients and their families regarding health management and preventive care. Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately.
• Implement and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatment regimens and monitor the effectiveness and side effects.
• Educate patients and family members on health conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to promote patient safety and quality care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with a focus on teamwork.
• Previous clinical experience is preferred; new graduates are also welcome to apply.
