To contribute to managing and developing relationships with non-borrowing clients by providing support to Relationship Managers within the department, in a manner that achieves departmental objectives and ensures client satisfaction
Requirements
Support Relationship Managers in managing existing client portfolios, attracting new clients, and preparing studies for non-borrowing accounts for classification purposes.
Maintain continuous communication with clients, in coordination with Relationship Managers, to understand client requirements and needs and to provide the best services and appropriate solutions.
Receive client requests and follow up on their completion with the relevant departments within the bank.
Prepare periodic reports for the department.
