Profile Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Operations Executive to drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is responsible for optimizing the entire revenue lifecycle by aligning go-to-market teams, improving pipeline visibility, and leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will own the revenue tech stack, enhance forecasting accuracy, and implement scalable processes that enable predictable revenue performance. This position plays a critical role in improving operational efficiency, automating workflows, and delivering actionable analytics that support leadership decision-making and long-term business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations to create a seamless and efficient revenue lifecycle.
Own and manage revenue operations processes including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time insights into pipeline health, revenue performance, and conversion metrics.
Optimize CRM and revenue systems to ensure accurate data capture, system efficiency, and cross-functional visibility.
Implement automation and scalable workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual operational tasks.
Partner with sales leadership on forecasting models, quota tracking, and pipeline planning.
Analyze revenue data and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Ensure strong data governance, reporting accuracy, and CRM data integrity across all revenue teams.
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead management, attribution, and conversion performance.
Required Technical Skill Sets
Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
Strong knowledge of pipeline management, sales forecasting, and revenue analytics
Familiarity with data modeling, dashboards, and performance metrics
Experience with workflow automation and integration tools (Zapier, Workato, or similar)
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Understanding of go-to-market operations and SaaS revenue models (preferred)
