We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to own the setup, configuration, and day-to-day administration of the systems that power our go-to-market engine. You’ll be the technical backbone of the RevOps team—responsible for keeping our GTM stack running cleanly, building integrations between tools, and ensuring the data our teams rely on is accurate and accessible. You’ll report to the Revenue Operations Leader and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Own CRM administration: Manage the day-to-day configuration and administration of Salesforce or HubSpot—including object and field setup, automation/flows, user permissions, and data hygiene.
Build and maintain integrations: Connect and maintain integrations across the GTM stack (Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Gong, marketing automation) using native connectors and integration platforms like Zapier or Workato.
Manage data quality: Implement and enforce data governance standards—deduplication, enrichment, validation rules, and cleanup processes to keep the CRM reliable.
Support reporting and dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in the CRM that leadership and frontline teams use for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Enable the GTM team: Serve as the go-to resource for system questions, troubleshooting, and process changes. Support onboarding of new reps and roll out system updates across the org.
📍 Location: NYC, Flatiron office. In-person team.
3–6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems administration at a B2B SaaS company
Strong Salesforce or HubSpot administration skills (Salesforce Admin certification a plus)—including flows, validation rules, object configuration, and user management
Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft) and prospecting/enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo)
Experience building and maintaining integrations across tools using Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, or similar platforms
Strong data hygiene instincts—comfortable with deduplication, enrichment workflows, and enforcing data standards
Ability to work in office in Manhattan 5 days per week
Basic SQL or data querying skills for reporting outside the CRM
Experience with commission/comp tools (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar)
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Marketing, Marketo)
API experience or light scripting ability for custom integrations
Startup experience: Background at high-growth companies where you wore multiple hats
Systems run clean: The GTM stack is reliable, well-integrated, and trusted by the teams that depend on it
Data you can trust: CRM data is accurate, deduplicated, and governed—reps and leaders aren’t second-guessing what they see
Fast and responsive: System requests, troubleshooting, and new tool rollouts happen quickly without bottlenecks
Proactive, not reactive: You identify issues and opportunities before they become problems—improving workflows, cleaning data, and optimizing tools on your own
