We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Lead to drive revenue, boost community engagement, and champion customer-focused growth across Hamilton Pools. This role is front-facing, people-centred, and perfect for someone who brings energy, creativity, and FUN to every interaction. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking to customers, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves in a hands-on mix of sales, marketing, and admin. We will need you to be able to start on 4 May 2026.
You’ll bring strong strategic marketing capability, proven sales experience, and the agility to adapt quickly based on data and results. You’re a confident communicator, an engaging storyteller, and someone who builds genuine connections with both the team and our community.
