Job Description:
Enterprise infrastructure is complex, and our clients need someone who understands their world to show them how our AI platform can fix their bottlenecks. We need a Sales Engineer to be our growth engine in Hong Kong and beyond. You won't just be selling software; you will be a trusted industry expert helping clients digitize their operations. You will own the entire process—from the first pitch to the final successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Find and close clients: Identify and engage new enterprise partners in the construction and infrastructure sectors, focusing heavily on the Hong Kong market and broader regional opportunities.
Prepare pitches and materials: Create compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients.
Manage projects: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of our software. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure a smooth deployment.
Maintain relationships: Build strong partnerships by consistently offering your domain expertise and ensuring clients get maximum value from our platform.
Bridge the gap: Translate on-the-ground client workflows (BIM, IoT, spatial data) into clear technical requirements for our engineering team.
Who You Are
You speak fluent Cantonese (this is a must). Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a strong plus.
You have a deep understanding of the built environment (construction, infrastructure, GIS, or PropTech).
You have a proven track record of finding new clients, consulting, and closing B2B deals.
You are highly organized and experienced in leading project management for enterprise clients.
You are technical enough to discuss data pipelines with IT teams, but have the communication skills to lead executive-level pitches.
You are a high-agency problem solver comfortable driving local business and traveling to grow our footprint.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Technical Sales (ideally within SaaS, AI, Startup).
Communication: Exceptional command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a strong plus) to navigate the HK business landscape.
Mindset: A "Consultative" approach—you’d rather find the right solution than the fastest one.
Education: A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field that proves you can speak both "Business" and "Dev."
Preferred:
Experience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
Knowledge of the infrastructure, spatial intelligence, or AI-driven industries.
