The Sales & Events Executive is responsible for the planning, production and successful delivery of events at Constance Belle Mare Plage, while actively supporting the sales, promotion and positioning of the resort. The role ensures high standards of guest satisfaction, strong brand representation and revenue optimisation through events, partnerships and guest-facing sales initiatives
This position acts as a key liaison between guests, commercial partners, Head Office departments and internal hotel teams, while overseeing the full event lifecycle and contributing to the long-term guest experience strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Events Management & Production
• Plan, produce and deliver all events organised by Constance Belle Mare Plage from concept to completion.
• Manage the annual events calendar aligned with brand DNA.
• Develop event concepts and positioning adapted to the resort’s clientele.
• Prepare, manage and monitor event budgets and financial reporting.
• Coordinate sponsors and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Target and confirm partners to optimise event costs.
• Manage participant logistics and run events on-site.
• Host guests, partners and journalists and close out events professionally.
Sales, Revenue & Commercial Support
• Promote and sell resort services, events and special offers.
• Identify sales opportunities during events and guest interactions.
• Respond to banquet and event enquiries within 24 hours.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs for meetings and events.
• Track event and group revenue and ensure accurate final billing.
• Ensure sales kits are available for client visits.
Guest Relations, PR & Brand Representation
• Act as host and public relations representative of the resort.
• Manage VIP and group experiences.
• Support arrivals, room orientation and personalised departures.
• Participate in management cocktails and promotional activities.
Marketing, Communication & Promotion
• Coordinate all event-related communication tools.
• Prepare and proofread marketing and business communications.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Support newsletters and internal communications.
• Coordinate social media content related to events.
Coordination & Reporting
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate on-site logistics, décor and audiovisuals.
• Ensure timely communication with all departments.
• Participate in sales and management meetings.
• Share guest feedback and event reports internally.
Additional Duties
• Host journalists and partners during their stay.
• Conduct site visits and propose new event ideas.
• Maintain professional grooming standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Management).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset and sales-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on, proactive and adaptable.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• International exposure is an advantage.
