What you will handle:

Identify and acquire new customers for the OMS platform by building a strong sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities with e-commerce sellers.
Present and demonstrate the OMS platform to potential clients, understand their business needs, and propose suitable solutions.
Manage and track sales opportunities, pipeline, and revenue performance through the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Work closely with the Growth and Product teams to support go-to-market initiatives and improve customer acquisition strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business growth.
Continuously provide market feedback and insights to improve the product offering and sales process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Experience selling SaaS, e-commerce platforms, or digital solutions is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiar with CRM systems and pipeline management.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
