We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead with 10–15 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software Sales to drive revenue growth and scale Wizikey’s sales function.
This role will be responsible for owning the revenue strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales team, managing enterprise client relationships, and expanding Wizikey’s footprint across India and global markets. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise sales, team leadership, and strategic deal closures in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive overall sales strategy and revenue growth for Wizikey.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring strong pipeline generation and deal closures.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand enterprise client acquisition across key markets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
Drive consultative and value-based selling, positioning Wizikey as a strategic solution for communications and marketing teams.
Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure, including negotiations and contract finalization.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success, and leadership teams to align growth strategies.
Develop strong relationships with CXOs, Communications Heads, Marketing Leaders, and Corporate Affairs teams.
Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue performance to optimize sales effectiveness.
Represent Wizikey in industry forums, networking events, and strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence.
Ensure the team operates in a data-driven, KPI-focused environment with clear accountability.
10–15 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software Sales
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing large enterprise deals
Experience in leading and scaling sales teams
Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and technology sales cycles
Ability to build strong relationships with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
