- Sales point expansion plan: according to the target plan and the actual situation of the region, formulate the overall layout of market distribution strategy, sales and customer service experience center, etc.
- Build core team: set up a cohesive and stable sales team including SE supervisors, promotors, trainers, promotion team, exclusive store manager, etc
- Promotion work: make monthly promotion plan in the area, such as launching promotion in holidays, weekends, new products-sale-period, organize and follow-up;
- Key clients management: focus on following up the cooperation, training, promotion and first push of key clients under the jurisdiction, maintain a good customers relationship and improve the sales proportion of key clients' stores.
- Market order management: follow up the brand price control (such as price control, price adjustment, etc.) in the region, maintain the healthy market order, and ensure the reasonable profits of the stores
- Emergency management: be able to handle all kinds of emergencies in the area timely and properly.
- Benefit management: through measures such as improving sales volume, improving product structure, optimizing market investment, etc., to complete the company's benefit index

Qualifications
* Education: college degree or above
* More than 5 years working experience in marketing; more than 2 years as manager in sales or marketing department in large and medium-sized enterprises
