We’re looking for a Sales & Partnerships Specialist who can drive revenue growth by building, managing, and converting a strong pipeline of B2B (primary focus) and B2G opportunities, with a particular emphasis on corporate training as a key growth lever, as well as other revenue-generating partnerships that support the long-term sustainability of ALX’s mission.

As a Sales & Partnerships Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving ALX Morocco’s growth and sustainability through revenue generation.
You will be responsible for building and converting a strong pipeline of B2B (primary focus) and B2G opportunities into structured, revenue-generating partnerships. This role is fundamentally sales-driven, with clear accountability for prospecting, deal execution, and closing.
A key priority of the role is to develop and scale corporate training as a new and strategic growth lever for ALX. This requires a builder mindset, with the ability to originate opportunities, structure offers, and close deals in an evolving space.
Beyond corporate training, you will also identify and close additional revenue-generating partnerships, such as sponsorships, learner funding mechanisms, access fee coverage, and other commercial collaborations that contribute directly to the sustainability of ALX’s mission.

Work Environment
Given the nature of the role, the position offers flexibility to work remotely. However, this is a highly field-oriented role that requires regular presence on the ground.
The selected candidate is expected to actively engage with clients, attend meetings consistently, and maintain a strong presence across key business interactions. This includes frequent travel to meet prospects and partners, as well as a high level of availability to drive opportunities forward.
Success in this role requires strong responsiveness, discipline in managing commitments, and the ability to operate effectively across both remote work and in-person engagements.
