The Sales Representative for LATAM at Mattel Inc., based in Mexico, is responsible for managing and growing strategic retail accounts within the specialized toy channel. This role focuses on driving sales performance across all Mattel brands through strong client relationships, strategic decision-making, and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams. The representative ensures both sell-in and sell-out targets are met by aligning Mattel’s brand priorities with customer objectives in both physical and e-commerce channels.
What You’ll Do
• Maintenance of information bases and KPI's dashboards.
• Analyze data through Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce to generate actionable insights for account planning.
• Distributions and suggested orders.
• Management of annual customer booking.
• Development of monthly supply needs (forecasting).
• Communication and attention to assigned customer needs.
• Follow up on required inventory reservations, allocations and customer deliveries.
• Prepare professional-level presentations, reports, and business proposals in English and Spanish.
• Development of presentations for business follow-up meetings (internal and external).
• Manage and grow sales within assigned accounts (Sears and Sanborns), including both in-store and ecommerce
platforms.
• Work with Finance and Operations to manage budgets, resolve order discrepancies, and ensure timely
product delivery.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to execute seasonal campaigns, promotional calendars, and catalog
strategies.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration
• 3 years of experience in the commercial and/or consumer industry.
• Basic knowledge of account management, sales techniques and strategies, and commercial indicators.
• Inventory management Tolerance to frustration and control of work under pressure.
• Deep understanding of retail dynamics in Mexico, especially department stores and omnichannel retailing.
• Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Intermediate Knowledge in Tableau
• Intermediate-Advanced English
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• High level of business communication skills in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration between departments.

Reporting to the Senior Privacy Specialist, the Junior Privacy Program Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Privacy Office’s operations, helping to manage privacy reviews, generate metrics and insights, and help maintain core compliance documentation. This role combines project management, analytical skills, and privacy program administration to ensure that privacy governance processes are efficient, measurable, and compliant.
