10-12 years' experience working in CRM Consulting within large Global Enterprises with 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce implementations.
Sound knowledge on Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Communities), platform, and enterprise architecture - Sales Service and Marketing Cloud, Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System.
Expertise in performing the requirement fit-gap analysis with product capabilities and defining solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform capabilities in an optimum way.
Experience in leading Solution discussions working closely with technical architect to define solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
Experience in designing Salesforce Org Strategy, Org Merge considerations
Experience in defining Salesforce Release management plan for large clients and best practices of release management.
Ability to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification
Salesforce (Admin, and Sales/Service/Marketing cloud certified)
Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
LS domain experience would be a plus
