ELEKS is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Ukraine, Croatia and Poland.
ABOUT PROJECT
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the PATH2CC & COVERE² ecosystem, you will play a key role in initiating engagement with potential partners, companies, cooperatives, and organizations across the sustainability and carbon credit landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
2–3+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar outreach/lead generation role (preferably in a B2B tech or product environment) Strong written communication skills in English (email & LinkedIn outreach, phone calls) Additional European languages are a plus Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, document activities clearly, and deliver results without micromanagement Experience with cold outreach, prospecting tools, and CRM systems Analytical thinking and the ability to perform initial account research Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to propose improvements At least basic knowledge of the sustainability domain and carbon credits market OR a strong willingness and ability to learn fast
RESPONSIBILITIES
Run cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn, phone calls to generate initial interest Conduct research on accounts, partners, and event participants Qualify potential leads and hand them over to the BDM/Product/Advisory experts Maintain clean and accurate CRM records Support preparation of outreach materials and messaging for sustainable agriculture stakeholders Warm up prospects through structured, value‑driven communication Report progress and insights to the Sustainability Sales Lead Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and campaign efficiency
