The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Analyst – Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to join our Group Compliance & Regulatory Affairs team based at Crown Melbourne. This is a hands-on role that supports the operationalisation of Crown’s compliance frameworks, policies tools, and reporting across all properties.

You’ll work closely with the Group General Manager – Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to support delivery of obligations management, manage compliance processes, support the delivery of tools that bring compliance to life, and support continuous monitoring and oversight activities. 

Key Responsibilities include

  • Support the development and maintenance of Crown’s Group Compliance Framework, policies and systems
  • Working with subject matters experts within Crown to ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant compliance obligations
  • Support and guide subject matter experts in the delivery of regulatory changes
  • Assist in the administration of compliance platforms (e.g., Archer GRC) and contribute to the development of new tools and solutions
  • Undertake independent oversight and monitoring activities in line with Crown’s Compliance Framework and policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across properties to support monitoring, oversight and governance activities
  • Support other Team Members with administrative tasks managed through our various systems and platforms.

About You

This role is ideal for a compliance all-rounder who enjoys working with our business to solve problems, developing practical solutions and providing insightful reporting.

  • Experience in the operationalisation of compliance frameworks and policies in a highly regulated environment is preferred
  • Experience in working with business subject matter experts to help identify and document controls, support regulatory change initiatives and managing incidents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Microsoft Forms, Power BI); experience with Archer GRC or similar platforms is highly regarded
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams
  • Passion for continuous improvement and developing practical, user-friendly solutions
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Law, IT, or a related discipline
