Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a financing company environment. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful adoption of modernized financial platforms, digital tools, and operating models across the organization.
The Senior OCM Consultant will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The role is responsible for developing and executing structured change management strategies that drive business readiness, accelerate adoption, increase utilization, and improve proficiency across impacted teams.
Working closely with business leaders, technology partners, and program teams, the consultant will ensure change activities are aligned with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and delivery timelines. The role requires strong consulting skills, hands-on execution, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Delivery
• Support and contribute to the delivery of Organizational Change Management advisory and execution services across financing and financial operations programs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the organization’s operating model, culture, regulatory constraints, and change impacts.
• Identify potential change risks and resistance points related to financial systems, data, compliance processes, and customer-facing operations.
• Develop and support mitigation strategies to address adoption, readiness, and performance risks.
• Produce regular status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates on OCM progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Contribute to development of organizational solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Organizational Change Management Execution
• Lead or support the creation of OCM strategies, roadmaps, and detailed change plans aligned to enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Develop and manage communications, training, and engagement materials to support transformation and sustain change.
• Execute OCM plans according to schedule, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change effectiveness measurements.
• Drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and increased proficiency of new financial systems, processes, and tools.
• Support training needs analysis, design, development, and delivery for impacted user groups.
Business Process & Workforce Alignment
• Lead or contribute to process discovery, documentation, and transformation efforts.
• Support the transition of As-Is financial and operational processes to To-Be future-state models aligned with new platforms and controls.
• Analyze organizational design and future-state staffing needs to support benefit realization, ROI, and performance outcomes.
• Support alignment of people, roles, and behaviors with redesigned business processes and compliance requirements.
Leadership, Communication & Adoption
• Support and promote active sponsorship and visible leadership engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
• Coach leaders and managers on change impacts, communication, and reinforcement strategies.
• Mobilize and manage a network of change champions across business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with system integrators, training teams, and internal delivery partners to align training and adoption efforts.
Mandatory Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading Organizational Change Management initiatives.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervising or coordinating delivery of work products across teams.
• 6+ years experience as an OCM consultant, business analyst
