Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for building the performance measurement and analytics foundation that enables IntusCare’s Clinical Services organization to scale effectively, operate efficiently, and demonstrate measurable impact for clients. This role partners closely with Clinical Transformation leadership, the Chief Population Health Officer, and centralized Analytics to design KPI frameworks, build scalable reporting infrastructure, and translate data into actionable operational and strategic insights. The ideal candidate blends strong technical analytics capability with a deep understanding of healthcare services and value-based care, helping drive a data-informed operating model that improves clinical, financial, and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
Services Performance Analytics & Metric Design
Partner with Clinical Transformation leadership and the Chief Population Health Officer to define core Clinical Services performance metrics across productivity, quality, ROI, clinical impact, and operational efficiency
Design scalable, standardized reporting frameworks aligned with centralized analytics standards
Develop KPI hierarchies spanning individual, team, service-line, and executive-level performance
Ensure metrics align with financial performance, client outcomes, and overall service value
Scalable Reporting & Data Infrastructure
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time operational visibility
Partner with centralized Analytics and Data Engineering to ensure clean data pipelines and scalable architecture
Reduce manual reporting through automation and systematization
Create standardized reporting packages for internal leadership and customer-facing needs
Customer-Facing Analytics Support
Develop standardized, scalable client reporting frameworks
Support Services leadership in translating analytics into clear, client-ready narratives
Ensure reporting is consistent, defensible, and automated wherever possible
Identify opportunities to productize analytics deliverables
Cross-Functional Analytics Partnership
Act as embedded liaison between Clinical Services and centralized Analytics teams
Ensure alignment on metric definitions, governance, and data standards
Collaborate with Product and Engineering when service workflows require new data capture or reporting capabilities
Support analytics needs during new service launches and workflow redesigns
Strategic Insight & Continuous Improvement
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities across service delivery
Conduct deeper analyses to inform staffing models, pricing strategy, and operational efficiency
Support scenario modeling and capacity forecasting
Help build and evolve a data-driven operating model for Clinical Services
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, operations analytics, or services-based analytics
Strong SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, or similar
Proven experience building KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems from the ground up
Familiarity with value-based care, population health, or clinical services delivery models preferred
Ability to translate complex business and operational challenges into scalable analytical solutions
Experience working within hybrid embedded and centralized analytics environments preferred
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Compensation: The salary for this role is $145-150K, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
Work Location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
