Anytime Mailbox is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives in a high-growth, recurring revenue marketplace environment. This role is not just about reporting numbers — it’s about understanding the economics of our subscription platform, protecting gross margin, and helping scale a two-sided marketplace of customers and operators.
You will own the monthly reporting cycle with a strong focus on Revenue, COGS) and unit economics. This is a high-visibility role requiring you to translate complex SaaS and marketplace metrics into clear insights for executive leadership.
Requirements
We are a remote-first organization with global team and a high-performance culture. For this role, we consider applicants located anywhere in the United States. While we offer flexibility, this role requires availability during Pacific Time (PST) business hours to support collaboration and reporting cycles.
We operate at the intersection of SaaS, marketplace dynamics, and regulated mail operations. We need someone who can maintain financial integrity while moving at startup speed — someone who can quickly answer the “why” behind our growth, margin movement, and operator performance.
This role is the bridge between raw data and scalable decision-making.
