We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team set to scale Arkham's marketing strategy engine from Mexico City. This is not a traditional graphic design role. This is a systems-building, intelligence-driven, revenue-accountable role at the intersection of:
• Brand — owning and evolving how Arkham looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint.
• Content — translating complex Data & AI concepts into visual narratives that move enterprise buyers.
• Pipeline — designing the sales and product marketing assets that directly support revenue conversations.
You'll co-lead the visual strategy alongside the Head of Marketing, shaping a design system from the ground up and making sure every asset, from a LinkedIn carousel to an enterprise pitch deck, feels unmistakably Arkham.
This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City.
Requirements
• 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio that shows range: brand, content, and B2B marketing assets.
• Strong command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience designing for B2B or tech companies — you know how to make complex ideas look clear and compelling.
• Systems thinker: you don't just design assets, you build the foundations so the team scales.
• Strong visual storytelling skills — you turn data, concepts, and narratives into visuals that land.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proactive, ownership mindset — you raise the bar without being asked.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
• Experience in startups or fast-growing tech companies.
• Familiarity with AI, data, or enterprise software categories.
Who This Is For
You are a senior designer — but you think like a builder, not just a maker.
• You understand that great design is a growth lever, not a support function
• You've designed for complex products or ideas and made them feel simple and compelling
• You build systems, not just deliverables — templates, guidelines, and processes that scale
• You're comfortable operating with ambiguity and turning loose briefs into sharp visual strategy
• You want co-ownership of a brand, not just a seat at the table
• You believe visual identity and business outcomes are directly connected
You're excited by the idea of defining how a fast-growing AI company looks, sounds, and shows up in the world.
