As our Senior People Business Partner, you play a key role in supporting i3D.net’s continued growth and international scale. You act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, translating business objectives into effective people strategies.

This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking and practical execution go hand in hand.
Partner with leaders: Act as a tactical partner to managers and leadership on people, performance, and organizational topics.
Drive performance & development: Support performance cycles, talent reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
Support growth & change: Guide teams through organizational changes in a scaling, international tech environment.
Employee relations:Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, compliant, and consistent decision-making.
Workforce planning:Translate business needs into scalable workforce and capability plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with People Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.
Improve HR practices: Contribute to the continuous improvement of People policies, processes, and frameworks within a Dutch, US, Canadian context.

You’ve contributed to at least one significant organizational or people-related improvement initiative.
Experienced HR professional: 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in an international technology or infrastructure-driven organization, partnering with managers and leadership in engineering, platform, or technical teams on performance management, organizational design, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Tech & scale-up experience: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international tech environment with ambiguity
Strong communicator: Confident advising and challenging managers and people at different levels and cultural backgrounds
Pragmatic & hands-on: You combine structure with flexibility and get things done.
Legal knowledge: Solid understanding of Dutch employment law is required. Experience with Canadian and Québec employment law is a strong plus.
Language skills: Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a strong plus
Location & Work Permit: Based in the Netherlands with a valid EU work permit; willing to work from the Rotterdam office at least 2 days per week.
