Our HR team is the backbone of Surfshark, handling everything people-related. They recruit top talent, onboard newcomers, and upskill employees through Learning & Development. HR Business Partners tackle complex team and structural challenges, while HR Operations manage processes and data. Admins ensure a great office environment, and our Recruitment team grows Surfshark by bringing in talented individuals. With their support, we’ve grown to 500+ strong and continue to thrive.

If you want to:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process and conduct competence-based interviews;Build and maintain talent networks through proactive sourcing, professional relationships, and staying current on recruitment trends and evaluation tools;Partner with and coach hiring managers to ensure alignment, adoption of best practices, and strategic decision-making throughout the recruitment process;Lead recruitment initiatives and projects that enhance how we attract, engage, and hire top talent;Drive data-informed decisions by tracking key metrics, diagnosing inefficiencies, and leading process improvements to optimize the hiring workflow;Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent, timely, and respectful communication at every stage of the hiring journey;Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize recruitment processes.
