Our HR team is the backbone of Surfshark, handling everything people-related. They recruit top talent, onboard newcomers, and upskill employees through Learning & Development. HR Business Partners tackle complex team and structural challenges, while HR Operations manage processes and data. Admins ensure a great office environment, and our Recruitment team grows Surfshark by bringing in talented individuals. With their support, we’ve grown to 400+ strong and continue to thrive.

If you want to:
Create and maintain talent pools and pipelines for upcoming hiring needs;Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Managers to determine position requirements;Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;Supervise the maintenance of candidate databases and job ads;Proactively manage and conduct phone interviews;Ensure excellent candidate experiences during the recruitment process;Work on improving sourcing processes, inbound hires and other projects;Measure conversion rates and report on performance.

Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles;Fluency in spoken and written English;Skills in process organization, time and expectation management;Proven motivation and interest in recruitment and HR;Can-do attitude and positivity;Passion for testing new opportunities and desire to think out of the box;Being tech-savvy.
