We are seeking a strategic and highly operational Senior Vice President of FP&A to join our team. You will report directly to our CFO. You will lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across Nomi Health. You will serve as a key thought partner to our CEO, CFO, business unit leaders, and executive leadership team, shaping financial strategy, supporting growth initiatives, and driving accountability across the business.
We are looking for someone that brings deep experience in high growth, complex organizations and can balance long range strategic thinking with hands on execution. You will build scalable financial processes, deliver clear insights, and help guide Nomi Health through its next phase of expansion. This is an incredibly exciting time for Nomi as our market-leading analytics business is profitable and growing steadily and our two early-stage businesses are scaling rapidly.

Strategic Finance & Executive PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO and executive team on financial strategy, growth initiatives, and capital allocationProvide forward looking insights that inform business decisionsIdentify and assess financial risks and opportunities tied to rapid growthFinancial Planning, Forecasting & ModelingLead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and multi-year financial planning processesBuild and maintain sophisticated financial models to support cash management, pricing, unit economics, investment decisions, and scenario planningEnsure alignment between strategic objectives and financial plans across all business unitsPerformance Management & AnalyticsEstablish and refine KPIs that drive operational discipline, margin improvement, and scalable growthPartner closely with business leaders to analyze revenue, cost drivers, profitability, and performance trendsTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholdersBoard, Investor & External Reporting SupportLead preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and executive reportingDevelop compelling financial narratives that clearly articulate performance, risks, and strategic prioritiesSupport diligence, financing, and strategic partnership activities as neededTeam Leadership & InfrastructureCentralize FP&A across the companyBuild, mentor, and scale a high performing FP&A team, including developing and elevating existing FP&A talentPartner with Accounting for key deliverables, including the monthly closeImplement systems, tools, AI workflows, and processes that improve forecasting accuracy, reporting speed, and financial transparencyFoster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What we are looking for
This is hybrid working 3 days a week in our Salt Lake City office15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, with at least 7 years in senior leadership rolesProven success leading financial planning and analytics in a high growth, multi-line or services driven organizationStrong understanding of one of SaaS, healthcare, or payments-based business models preferredExceptional ability to translate financial insights into strategic and operational actionExecutive presence with strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organizationExperience supporting Boards, investors, and executive leadership teamsInvestment banking experience a plus
