We are seeking a Server to join our award-winning workplace. As part of our team, you will provide outstanding culinary experiences at our multiple in-house restaurants within our luxury senior living residence. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday 3:30pm - 7:30pm
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 3:30pm - 7:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 3:30pm - 7:30pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take orders accurately and deliver meals with care.
- Suggests food and beverage offerings.
- Complete related tasks and side work as assigned.
- Assists in maintaining and achieving restaurant sanitation standards and goals
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required:
- Good interaction and communication skills.
- English language proficiency.
Preferred:
- Prior service experience in dining environment.

The hourly base wage range is a good faith estimate of the range Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly base wage paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, geographic location and market changes. The position is also eligible to participate in Mather benefit plans and Employee Appreciation Fund.
Hourly Pay Range
$17.25—$18.50 USD
